Roles of Leaders
All employees of RDSolution bear the fundamental duty to correctly understand and faithfully practice the Code of Ethics, and as members of a global corporation, they must strictly comply with domestic and international laws related to anti-corruption and business ethics.
· All employees are required to fully understand and faithfully comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics.
· In situations requiring ethical judgment, employees must consult with their department head or management in advance before making decisions.
· If an employee violates the Code of Ethics, or conceals a violation, he or she will be held accountable accordingly.
· If an employee’s own conduct or that of others has violated or is likely to violate the Code of Ethics, it must be immediately reported to or discussed with the department head or management.
· In the event of ethical issues, employees must be aware of and actively utilize the various channels available for reporting and consultation (internal systems, email, anonymous reporting platforms, etc.).
· RDSolution strictly complies with domestic and international laws concerning anti-corruption, fair trade, and human rights protection.
· Employees, based on a basic understanding of these laws, must act in ways that do not undermine the corporation’s reputation or its pursuit of sustainable management.
